A month and 2 weeks later and still nothing. I had to fix it myself so I can let my dogs and toddler out in the back yard. After I contacted the BBB, guy contacted me to "see the gate" and "take pictures". It was too late since I put in a latch and extra barrel bolt on my own. What scares me is my fence is supposed to have a "life time warrantee" This issue was never resolved in any way by the company. No apology, no refund no nothing. I was and continue to be very disappointed with this company. They supposedly have high dollar contracts, seems like residential builds are not taken seriously. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. I wish I did. I have it 2 stars because the material looks good. (Only positive throughout this experience)

They were friendly from the start, immediately met with us, got us a written estimate immediately and we worked out terms and start date. They were very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls!
