I found this gem while on a Waco City Tour. They gave the tour participants the choice of coffee or ice cream and we unanimously chose ice cream. While visiting Texas, I had to choose the Brown Butter TX pecan flavor. Having just said that the small was the perfect size, the next time I go back I will probably double up so that I can try more flavors since I don't get there that often.
