After I received the replacement phone, I could not transfer anything from my broken phone and was told I would have to replace the screen (which i tried to do prior to the replacement phone but was told it was not possible) to being told to even think about transferring all my stuff it would cost me $300.00 -$500.00 to repair my broken phone to transfer everything, which was crazy because I was informed differently prior to the replacement.
