Nice looking bowling alley! I ha out by ball(s) away 15-20 years ago and decided to try and get back into the old groove. The employees at the desk are kind and encouraging. The pro shop was took notch and helpful. Let my say that Derek, Bridger and Rory like their jobs and know there stuff. I'm a serous bowler and don't know much about bowling parties, but I saw several and the kids were all having fun. The moral is, I like this place read more

We ventured into bowl one Saturday night. It was packed, which was no big deal. We asked the man at the front desk if any lanes were open. He said, "Nope" and walked away. It wasn't until I said "Okay then let's just go" that he turned back and said "It'll be 10-15 minutes" throwing us a light up beeper for our spot in line. Taken aback by his rude, cutting demeanor we gave the beeper back only to hear him cuss under his breath. Poor customer service but yet a nice bowling alley. read more

No friendly customer service, employees there are young, inexperienced, not personable and very rude. They all looked loel they couldn't even pass there ABC's and looked like they hated to be there. Must be under paid and over worked. We paid for lanes and a table and went to get shoes and they didn't have any because they were packed then gave us sweaty shoes that weren't even sprayed and didn't even dry and had the nerve to say you can take them or not bowl. Owner was completely rude as well and didn't care at all for the complaint we filed. Welcome to MINOT folks. I'll take my chances and spend my money somewhere else all day long. read more
