This was my first time using a local coin laundry and the experience could not have been better! I needed to wash some large rugs and patio furniture pillows. The attendant Paul saw me trying to figure out what to do and quickly offered his assistance. He helped me load several machines, walked me through turning them on and everything. This laundromat is the worst location I've ever been to. First of all, I had to use the bathroom badly when I got there, and guess what, the bathroom was locked with a padlock on it. I had to walk across the way to Dollar tree, and they let me use their bathroom. Then, all of the carts were hard to get to because the place is so narrow, you have to navigate through people's carts and all the people. There's barely any place to sit, except for two benches that are so slanted your stuff just falls off the bench and they are right in the sun. So if you want to sit there, you're going to bake in the sun. Then I put my clothes in the first washer that costs $4.75, which in my opinion is way too expensive for a washer that size, and it ate one of my quarters. So that's a scam right there. Nobody works there in the actual laundromat, the office was closed and they had a phone number listed to reach Wendy or Pablo in case of emergencies, but neither of them answered the phone when I called. Then when it was time to dry my clothes, I put them in dryer #83, and that one also ate one of my quarters. This is by far the worst laundromat I've ever been to in my entire life, and I have been to several, and I don't recommend you come to this place, no matter how strapped you are for time, it's not worth it. I don't care who you are or who you think you are, when you own a business, you need to be available for your customers. You need to answer the phone number that you have listed when they call. You can't have a business and not provide customer service. read more

I am so grateful & happy that the owner of our nearby North Oaks Coin Laundry has upgraded every aspect of the facility. The washers all work, & the water temperature settings supply you with nice warm & hot water! What I like most however, are the dryers. With the previous owner, I would have to keep feeding them quarters, yet & still, many times I would leave there with some of my laundry damp, & have to hang dry them at home! Not anymore! The owner, Paul, takes especially good care of the dryers, & every load I dried was perfectly dry, & everything there was nice & clean, even the walls & floor! Don't let the older reviews sway you- this place is under new ownership and there is a night and day difference. I've frequented this spot for months while our home is under construction and the new owner is super kind, helpful and really cares about his facility. I've seen him deal with upset and difficult customers with kindness and grace, going above and beyond to make things right even if there wasn't actually an issue. He really cares about this facility! No wifi, but cheap snacks in the vending machine. There's a tv. Machines worked fine. I saw an earlier review calling this a Latin men's club smh. While working in TO I've hardly seen any minorities. Not surprised to see reviews stating this place is "rough around the edges" from what I can assume are yelpers from isolated communities. read more

This is unattended laundromat, I went there on weekend as my normal laundromat was extremely busy on the weekend. All machines worked okay. Not much trash on the floor as broom /dustpan provided and customers seem to use it. No mop is left out and floor looked pretty dirty with few spills notificable. Came here to wash something very large. It cost $5.50 in the large washer. The place is clean and no creeps were lurking around. Pretty uneventful and that's a good thing. read more

I'm writing this review solely based off my couple visits here. With that being said as other reviewers have mentioned this laundromat is sort of sketchy but the whole shopping center is in my opinion. However, it's the closest laundromat to me and I only go in when we're washing our heavy bedding. I went in last week and paid for one of the big commercial washers for bedding but once my comforter was in there the machine locked and although the display was cycling through the different phases of the cycle it wasn't actually spinning. The machine was locked so we couldn't get our comforter out and had to wait for the cycle to end. I filled out an out of order card but didn't really expect the get anything back. Well today I received my refund in the mail and I'm very pleased with the owner's customer service! They included an apology note and thanked me for my business. I'll continue using this laundromat for basic needs. read more

This establishment is Robbin the good people of Thousand Oaks blind! $5.50 to simply WASH my clothes. Ridiculous. And drying only gives you 7 measly minutes for every .25 cents. This place is horrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

It's a bit rough around the edges but reasonably clean. Monday morning it was mostly men doing their laundry, which was interesting. The center where it's located is not great. Compared to the other coin laundry in TO, it's a better value. Cheaper wash cost and longer dry times. I'd suggest going during the day. read more

Very disappointed. This was beyond gross and one of the worst experiences I've ever had a laundromat. They have house roaches crawling out of and into washing machines. Even on their folding tables. I spent hours having to sort through and check my clothing. To top it all off there was no air conditioning which made things ten times worse. Will never ever come here again. read more
