The convenience of it to my house is great and the fact that the entire complex is both comfortable and inviting made it very much worth my trip. This is part of a larger group of doctors and specialists and only a small piece to this large building but the people who work here are great, the whole area is clean and they offer free coffee to patients and family while you wait. Which would have been consumed if I had been there longer but was seen so quickly I did not get to have any. Which in a place like this is fine with me. I was in triage within minutes of arrival and less than an hour after that I was being examined. All the staff who saw me today were nicer than I had expected and very understanding. I was in and out within 2 hours, was able to get a clear diagnosis and gained knowledge of this wonderful facility that before this I had only drove by and really didn't quite know what they did or who they were. I would now recommend this to anyone in the area who needs care but can't get an appointment with their PCP in a reasonable amount of time. They also have great hours!

The hardware is positioned wrong I complained to Dr murphy since first postop visit only to be sent to get cortisone injections and PT. He will never admit he is ever wrong or take you seriously. X-rays doesn't show this problem but he kept doing xrays and never offered more sophisticated imaging. (Dx: iliopsoas irritation after THR caused by retroverted or oversized acetabular cup) This could have been easily redone immediately after surgery but now 11 years out would be a major surgery. No sign saying ill be right back. Then i waited about 15 minutes to only go in get blood pressue checked then sent BACK out to wait another 30 minutes to then be sent into a room to wait more. If you are short staffed or too busy schedule me for another day or give me a call or something. Why they only have one doctor and one front desk worker is beyond me. But god knows when i get pregnant one day you can bet i will NOT be coming here.

I don't feel rushed or intimidated when I visit her, which can definitely happen to a lot of people visiting the doctor. Their care here is outstanding, the staff call you back within a short time of leaving a message, and answer all questions. The care from Dr. Costagliola is excellent. He doesn't order unnecessary testing or visits, and handles issues with expertise and care. Cathy is the best also. I have recommended them to many and will continue to do so. I have always had confidence and great care from Lahey, but having a local office is great!!

After tests, the doctor said I could have anything to eat or drink and somebody would be in. I asked for water several times and was told I could have someone I went upstairs to be admitted four hours later I got water. The morning nurse was rude and physically took me out of the bathroom while I was coughing up. Phlegm was very angry again asked for water or something to eat and was refused. After the nastiness, I signed myself out, went down to the vending machines to eat and then drove myself home. I did report this to the hospital and was told I would be sent a form. However, the woman at this department was also pretty negative. The phone never came. I would definitely not recommend

As a new mother, he wasn't just caring for my son but for us as new parents as well. He's not your typical doctor who makes you feel rushed either. I found this office because they were on the new side and I thought; 'Hey! There won't be many patients.' I became a patient of Dr Zlotina and met her; she is an older Russian woman which reminded me of being a patient of, oh let's call her Dr. G on Richardson Ave in Wakefield. I can't spell her name and I'd really not like to butcher that name (she's cool!). I like Dr Z though she's awesome. The office is sort of small and if she isn't available they work with the office upstairs, I've seen a doctor up there as well. The nursing staff is great and it's very clean and neat. They answer the phone, no crazy phone line where you have to type in all these options before speaking to someone which I like because that is the main reason why I left my previous doctor's office. Don't you all join now because then that would stink if it got too busy! I'm not sure if they're accepting patients but if so, she's really a cool doctor, funny in an almost cold not trying to be funny way. Location is a little strange and my first time there I sort of screwed up and went to the offices beside Stop and Shop when you actually have to go past it, over the train tracks and into the building on the right.
