I had to work with them for 3 months to get a credit for a missed appointment that the office told my daughter we wouldn't be charged for but we were. Then my daughter had an appointment. I called patient support and billing 2-3 times in advance to point out that she had a credit and to make sure that her co-pay would be taken out of this credit. I was assured over and over that it would be. Then I was billed $48 for the appointment yesterday. I called billing. They were rude and told me they have no record of a credit. Additionally, when viewing invoices in their portal, it shows that I've been paying $5 for her co-pays when in reality I've been paying $30. Patient support always tells me that the Pelham office will call me back but they never do. And I can't call the office because they removed their phone system. Yes - I wrote that. They actually removed their phone system so that patients can't call them. You can only call a call center. God, please let this whole Ally Psych corp that sprawls across 9 states get sued and close down. It is corrupt, incompetent and appalling.

I literally have gone from a negative 1to a solid 4. The only reason I'm not giving a five is that nobody or nothing is perfect, and there're still some things I would like to see change at Grayson. I was told I was overreacting. Well, March 22, 2024, my 15 year old grandson took his life. While not solely any one person's fault--I believe with every fiber of my being that Dr. Parrot was negligent, dismissive and contributed to my grandson's problems. 12 years in Florida before Hurricane Michael, and his condition was managed. 3 years in Alabama--and he's gone.

The records were sent in the mail...just regular mail...nothing secure. The receiver is a nice person who managed to find me and return the records. I called the office and the receiver called twice. I specifically asked for two of the doctors to call me. No one has reached out. I could only speak to the admin. Apparently she is also the compliance person. Not good. So HIPAA violation. I have reported this to HHS. Thank goodness I'm in a good place now. I can't even imagine the repercussions if I were living in an unsafe situation. Run, don't walk. Run.
