I find the owners VERY rude. I do a lot of dry cleaning for all my dresses and coats and will for sure be taking them elsewhere. She clearly does not know the customers always right moral. She made an error and blames the client for her error. Does not have much ownership for her problems. I'll be telling all my family and friends to go elsewhere, for better service. read more
