April brought stories of our file being lost twice, a tornado back east, and lenders closing due to Covid19 as well as 2 failed closing dates. We fired North Star and were able to close within a few weeks. Sad part is the lender we ended up using offered to do our mortgage and Jan said no without consulting us first. I literally have ptsd from 75 days of high stress calls, countless lies and a serious lack of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend North Star to anyone ever. They're terrible
