We also had several in-person meetings to ensure that our wedding way was planned exactly the way we had wanted, and Jessica even brought up details that we forgot to think about or overlooked, which was really helpful! During the rehearsal, it was super hot outside, but she took the time to patiently provide clear instructions during the walkthrough so that all family members and the members of the wedding party were fully aware of what they had to do during the wedding ceremony. On my wedding day, Jessica was there for me the entire time, ensuring that everything ran as scheduled and that I was well hydrated and fed. As a plus, she's also an expert with bustles, which definitely came into handy since my bustle kept coming loose. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, and confident in her craft. Whenever we had a question or concern, she was quick to respond also never made us feel like a question was too silly. I changed my mind like a million times up until the very end, but for her it was never a big deal. The day of the wedding is where Jessica really shined. Everything went FLAWLESS, at least that's how we perceived it because whatever mishap there might have been, was taken care of on her end. On the night of the event, she took care of us so well, making sure we were fed, hydrated, and looking good! Jessica was literally like a Ninja, she camouflaged into the crowd and always showed up right when we needed her. My family says it's like she read our minds haha. Let's also talk about the fact that my family, friends, husband and I are one WILD bunch and Jessica handled us with such poise and grace (She was such a good sport). They have too tier and premier sound, lighting, effects and an amazing bartending team. This last weekend they blew it out of the park at m best friends wedding and it was an experience of a lifetime. The bride and groom were amazed at the experience and the ambiance that was created. Their signature drinks were completely wiped out and the guests kept coming back for more. If you have a wedding, event or anything at all, this is the company you should work with and have take care of your DJ and bartending service. You will not regret it!

We were thinking of eloping but I went to the bridal fair anyway with my Mom to get ideas and look around. My first encounter was walking up to The Sidecar Mobile Bar outside the venue because my eyes were immediately drawn to the beautiful handcrafted wooden counter. Inside the bar it was beautifully designed- simple, modern, elegant. I even joked with David and part of their family saying I wanted them to decorate my home. I remember speaking with Dee and David and receiving their pamphlet and information on the mobile bar and although (at the time) I didn't have a need for their services, I kept their pamphlet with future ideas in mind of how I could utilize their services for work events, etc. My mom and I went into the bridal fair and as we were looking around I talked to many vendors and explained pleasantries until we came across some pictures and decor and again my attention was captivated. The gorgeous, handcrafted wood tables, the beautiful lanterns and greenery, but above all, the pictures that displayed the decor. I kept seeing these incredible, huge cedar trees with a wedding dress hanging in between or opening up to a beautiful wedding with eucalyptus and hints of gold and wooden lanterns. I spoke with Jenni and asked her, "where are these pictures taken? I have searched everywhere for a venue exactly like this one and I can't find it anywhere." Jenni then directed me to her mom, Karen and told me that it was her parent's house in Forest Ranch but that I might be able to have mine there as well. While trying to win over Karen, we talked about possibly having the wedding (I never planned on having and now absolutely needed) and she was going over options and what everything would possibly entail. It was at this time I put the pieces together and realized that the Sidecar Mobile Bar outside was Karen's husband and daughter in law and would be part of the package. Oh my gosh! We discussed meeting at their house so I could see it in person and hash out details and come up with a contract if we should all agree to move forward from there. The entire time I planned my wedding and coordinated with the Beskeen family it was nothing short of a breeze and an absolute pleasure to work with them. Karen and David make wedding planning look easy and are there to help every step of the way. Included in using their beautiful landscape and home for three days!, I was able to use their Premier Event Rentals gorgeous decor, to their Sidecar Mobile Bar and bartending services. I also chose to utilize Karen as my wedding coordinator and I can't emphasize enough how much it was worth every penny. Karen is a rare gem and phenomenal person. She is professional, kind, considerate, extremely organized, patient, and exquisitely gifted in her creative talents. Karen typed up an incredibly detailed questionnaire and a timeline and met up with my mom and I later to review so that she and her team knew exactly my intentions and ideas and to also get me thinking of things that hadn't yet crossed my mind so that all areas of our wedding day were covered. Karen also became the point of contact for each of my vendors so that I didn't have to coordinate with everyone. I also elected to have Karen make customized signs for us and they were Pinterest board worthy. Our wedding was a dream. I know that expression is used a lot but it was. To walk through the quiet, enormous, cedar trees on a beautifully designated gravel path with soft string lights above to my best friend and man I'm choosing forever with is a moment I will remember forever. Sitting at our head table and looking out at the ones we hold dearest to us, seeing everyone laugh and enjoy one another, going up to the bar with its soft lighting and joking around with the bartenders and dancing under the gazebo and stars will forever be cemented in my mind. The entire Beskeen family made our day seem effortless, flawless, and magnificent and I can't thank them enough.
