I've been coming here and off the past couple of years and the quality of the service hasn't changed. I like that they have a drive thru option and a 24 hour drop off for clothes. I dropped off my pant and jacket on Friday and it was ready for pick up the next day. It would be nice if they had a menu with the prices in the drive thru option. The customer service was friendly as usual. The prices are decent and my clothes came out looking pristine which I appreciated. I look forward to coming here for my dry cleaning needs. read more

Brought a few things for dry cleaning, in general the result was acceptable. The order was fulfilled in the promised time, and the staff was polite. Nevertheless, after receiving the clothes, I noticed that some things still remained a little crumpled. This is not critical, but I would like a more accurate approach. I was offered to correct the situation or return the funds, which indicates responsibility, but I simply did not have the opportunity to return a second time. Comically bad. I brought a hat in that I wanted a patch sewn on. The results indicate its clearly outside of their expertise. Brand new hat, brand new patch, sewn horribly and comically bad. Patch peeling up from corners, hat now deformed, bill deformed, just comically bad. These pics were taken within 30 seconds of pick up. Hat ruined and I'm either going to take it somewhere else to get repaired or I have to buy new and try again. Oh! One other thing, they told me it was to take a week to accomplish this! Hahaha! First and last time using this business. I brought in 2 dress shirts for dry cleaning. When I picked them up this morning both had wrinkles all over them. They did offer the redo the shirts but I could not come back and pick them up after four pm. They did offer a refund but I didn't take it. It was worth the $11 to know they don't do good work. I picked it up and and everything was fine until I saw the bill. The owner even mentioned a discounted rate but oh my...... Two shirts and a lot of pants was almost $20. Seemed a bit strap; especially compared to my normal rate I pay by work. Generally issue free here. Clothes are ready same day if you get in before 8:45 a.m. I think prices are good and have no complaints. There's a drive thru window, but I have yet to use it, but I'm sure other customers enjoy this convenience. I also like that I can grab a bottle of water when I'm inside from the fridge. read more

I took my fiancé's linen shirt to North Tarrant cleaners to have it pressed before we left for our wedding. I had tried to press it myself and was not happy with the results. I took the shirt in and explained what I wanted. The lady at the counter told me that having the shirt laundered with light starch would be the best treatment. She explained the levels of starch and said that the light starch would be great for a linen shirt that was going to be packed. The shirt was done when promised and it looked fabulous. I cannot be more thankful for them pointing out that the dress specifically said it must be hand washed and informing me that allowing them to dry clean could cause damage. Recently checked out this dry cleaners, since Comet Cleaners always returns my items to me with a "damaged" tag on it. So far, I enjoy coming here. All of my items returned in perfect condition and the quality is much better. The owner was in during the drop off, and he took some time to ask me where I usually take my dry cleaning and if I am familiar with how it works. I have been looking for a new cleaners in my area since the one close to me destroyed an expensive comforter. Based on other recommendations I decided to give North Tarrant Cleaners a try. I am so happy I did. The coat that I had taken in was done by 5 the next day and the stains on it I thought would never come out were gone. I found this dry cleaners after reading recommendations on yelp. My has been the two shirts pressed as were going to event this evening. I arrived approximately 2 PM yesterday and asked if it was possible to have the shirts cleaned and pressed by 3 PM today the woman told me that they have same-day service from 9 to 5 and it shouldn't be a issue. They called me a little before noon today stating that my shirts are done I arrive shortly thereafter and found my shirts to be pressed and clean and looking wonderful. read more

Brought it back after the wedding for cleaning it had some stains and they did an amazing job taking out the stains.
