Do not use these people. When I had them and I was leaving town i had a hole coming into my unit…read morefrom the other unit. I talked to the manager and they said yep not your fault. They then lied to the Coast Guard and said it wasnt my fault but they would not let me fight it with out taking me off the promotion list. The other customer said if I have to pay I leaving as a customer so these people screwed me to fix the hole to keep a bad customer.

Terrible customer service. Made a reservation almost 2 weeks ahead of time and when the day came to…read morepay and get my key no one answered the phone in the office all day. No one answered the door all day. So now I have to pay to keep my u - haul rented for two extra days minimum until I can reserve a different unit. Not even a call back from them still. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.
