This particular branch is in the Haslingden area of Rossendale. It is a service mainly popular and associated with older people as they seem to be their target market in advertising and the website, however, it has also been a pretty handy service to use in the current Covid-19 pandemic for those self-isolating, and with a rather good gluten-free selection, I hoped I'd give them a try. They do offer free delivery, but it does only tend to be one-time slot a week, for example, Wednesday morning, Friday afternoon in each area. I wasn't made aware of my time-slot within the day until after placing the order. The contact from the company was awful and they didn't do what was promised - No one contacted me to check everything was up to satisfaction with my order - They refused to adhere to their warranty where they'd replace meals which were bad after further email contact The three meals I ordered, in particular, were tasteless, bland and mushy even after choosing the longer option of cooking them in the oven. I was highly disappointed and they had the audacity to deliver multiple further advertising leaflets with my food which also claimed they had regular taste-testings, one was even a "head chef" who in all honestly only deserved to be the head chef of one thing: tasteless food. I would have perhaps given the company an extra star as it does help vulnerable people during the pandemic and while the quality isn't great, it is a service for older people but the fact they refused to honour their warranty and seemed more interest in sending me marketing information via post and email, rather than honouring their warranty or even checking up on my order, I just think it isn't even worth it anymore. Supermarket delivery services are much better. 1*
