No idea how they are at actual collision repair, and that's because attempting to get work done is apparently impossible. I had taken in a vehicle for an estimate and was told I'd have it emailed by the end of the day. 4 days later, nothing. I called to follow up and was told again I'd get it that day. Finally got it the next day. Price seemed reasonable, but I did show the quote to a few other auto repair places who said that the labor hours they wanted to charge seemed excessive. I emailed them to ask a follow up question and also asking when I would be able to bring my vehicle in. I never got a response. If their auto body work is as poor as their customer service I would definitely avoid them. read more

The greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places and Northeast Body Shop is just that, tucked away out on Buford Hwy. you can easily miss it. Magic lies in what seems unlikely to impossible- they made magic for me and my big bright orange TRD Pro 4-Runner whose left side bumper had tangled with concrete on a high curb. Northeast Body Shop is a small, unassuming business, with the high caliber service that one would find at a larger establishment. I took my husband car in to replace headlight that was damaged and he offered to fix damage on bumper for free. It looked like a new car when I picked it up. More recently, I took my older car in have damaged bumpers replaced. The owner, Bobby, gave a quote 1/3 the cost of other shops. Then he reduced the charges after finding parts cheaper than initially expected. In addition, he washed, waxed and buffed out scratches on the doors. I cannot say enough positive things about Bobby and his employees. I highly recommend Northeast Body Shop. read more

Bobby has been providing excellent, friendly service at a reasonable price for years to my family and our cars. He's been happy to figure out various little issues like how to seal a trunk when it was leaking (about $30), or realign and secure a bumper when it had been dinged out of place ((about $30), as well as handle bigger issues like straightening out a bent car door (maybe was $100?). I don't believe we have gotten a paint job done yet, but we have gotten very competitive quotes and are thinking of getting that done in the near future. It's just a really nice experience when you feel you can trust someone working on your car to give you a great price, be pleasant, and be willing to think creatively about how to fix something in a quicker, less expensive way. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I haven't used the paint service yet, and so can't incorporate into my review on one of the typical services people go to body shops for (I think). read more
