Gary may not be up to speed on latest tech for running his office ( hand written estimates but they were well thought out and very complete ) but he is very good at what he does, communicates promptly and made honest assessments and problem fixes along the way with courtesy and professionalism. He charged me half of what the other place wanted. His crew was capable and kind. The project came out great and in time for winter ! Gary was so great to work with -- very good communication and follow through, extremely knowledgable and skilled at chimney services. Gary and his team evaluated our situation, installed a new wood stove and removed an old one efficiently and on time.
