The interior is always clean and tidy and the queues never seem to be too long. The staff were always friendly and professional and any dealings I had with them whilst I worked for a rival bank were excellent. I found the entire organisation professional and modern. Its right on Main Street and parking can be a problem but you should be able to get parked just across the road at ASDA.

The only thing is that the branch itself is quite small and it does get very, very busy. This means that the queues are really long and it can take quite a while to get served. Its situated right on main street which means it is a bit of a lottery to get parked right outside but you should be able to get a parking space close enough. If not there is a number of car parks around, including ASDA and the car park down at the marina.

This is a friendly, helpful and polite little branch with a well established and well known staff, who are able to give the personal touch to customers. It is very small which means when it gets busy it can get a little bit cramped and the small number of staff means that there can be queues quite often, which is a pity. There is excellent parking on site, which is very helpful.
