With temperatures dropping below zero, when my furnace quit working, it was a real emergency. I called and spoke to a very friendly and reassuring office manager (thank you Sam!), who immediately arranged for an after-hours emergency service call. I even received a 15 minutes-out courtesy call from Tyler when he was en-route. He arrived promptly, was courteous and excellent! He identified and had the problem fixed very quickly and my furnace was humming along once again.
