The second time, I thought my dryer circuit breaker might have an issue, but when the rep Cody arrived, he showed me that there was one more step on dryer installment that I did not know about. He had every right to leave at that point, but instead took some time to help me with it and maintained a great attitude the entire time. They want you to get what you pay for and then some.

I understand it is not exact but if the fee changes let the customer know. We got a bill for 108. When we called this company to discuss they did not pick up or have an available inbox. A letter with the estimated amount and a check for 75 dollars was sent to show intent to pay but a note was added to contact us to discuss the additional charge. We had no intention not to pay. It was a variance in 30 to 55 bucks, and we are very principle bound in that we hold others to their word as well as ourselves. At first the additional charge was explained as a travel fee, we live 7 minutes from their business so when that was stated their explanation changed to 'it was because two workers were present' (the older worker that came to our apt. said not to worry and that we weren't getting charged extra for them being there). Then we were told it was simply industry standard for estimates to be off (could be so which is unfortunate). The conversation between us and the electricians on the phone was heated and eventually came to them accusing us of not wanting to pay 30 dollars. (We take issue in not having transparency in 30 dollar charge exactly as they do in having 30 dollar short) but no compromise came. We agreed to pay the remainder and sent the check the next day. Larson electric CASHED both checks and it hit our account. But today we recieved a letter in the mail that said they sent us to collections. That is fraud btw and is serious. So we will dispute this. So all know, beware of this company. They will take advantage of you and do not like being stood up to.

They reduced the bill to $256.90 but maintained it took them three hours to do (my tenants told me two hours). If I were in town, it would have been an easy hour job for me. We lost power to our garage and a…read morebathroom switch, so we called Legend after searching high and low... and having several fails for scheduling others. They came as scheduled... the first time. As such, I'm averaging this out to 3. They worked out the issue with the bathroom switch to get it working until we could set up the rewiring for the house. The pricing was as expected. It was a fairly easy and quick job. Our unrelated garage power loss was going to take longer, so we set up the appointment immediately for it to be worked on. I already explained our aggravation with other companies that would not call or show up when scheduled was what landed them the job. Still, they didn't come out for our second appointment, or third. They rescheduled and we took the day off to be here, again. We ended up having to call them. They explained what happened, a run of bad luck & maybe it is indeed just bad luck. I still had no garage power though & winter was coming. It was disappointing to say the least. We told them we would be moving on to another company. We did just that & they got us taken care of from the garage to the rewire. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company.

We had them come out a several months ago to put in a new panel and run some wire for our new…read moredishwasher. The lady was here pretty much all day. Fast forward to Christmas break and my husband was going to add an outlet in our basement. He went to pop out a hole in the panel so the outlet could be on its own circuit, since it was going to have 2 freezers hooked to it. Sparks started coming out of the box and out lights started flickering and popping. Come to find out the lady that did the work didn't put a negative wire back and it was loose in the box. Awesome fire hazard! A few weeks ago we asked them to come and move the dryer plug from the ceiling to the wall. The guy then tells me the lady put our dryer on a 20 amp instead of a 30amp. Fire hazard again! The dryer could of over heated the cord and caused it to melt and start a fire. He also found the lady put our AC on a 30 amp and it's suppose to be on a 20. So if something would of happened to the AC and it was pulling to much power our breaker wouldn't switch off. We called and complained that day. The owner was suppose to call us back and never did. We called again today and are waiting for a call back. So we'll see if that happens. I question if she messed up anything else. Hopefully nothing will start a fire and I loose my income since I work from home.
