After spending 5 months recovering from a stress fracture and never fully being pain-free, I…read moredecided it was time to try a new doctor. I couldn't be happier with that decision. My previous doctor would spend no more than 5 minutes with me in the room and was telling me the only way to become truly pain-free was to get custom orthodics that would cost $300 and would need to be replaced each year. Enter Dr. Osborne... I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Osborne the same day I called, and he spent over an hour with my at my first appointment, explaining why I was having the pain and what he was going to do to fix me. And while he also recommended orthodics, his last at least 5 years. I'm currently marathon training, so the sooner I could be pain-free the better. Dr. Osborne put in some temporary padding to get me through the 3 weeks prior to the arrival of my orthodics and I couldn't be happier! If you are having any foot problems whatsoever, especially if you are a runner, see Dr. Osborne... you won't be disappointed!

The receptionist was super friendly and made me think I was doing the right thing, so I went. Now, almost a week later I'm kicking myelf for living with that pain for so long. I should have left at that point. On top of that, they pushed for blood work that I didn't want and the phlebotomist had basically zero personality. If you have any kind of anxiety over your blood being drawn, she offers zero comfort.
