Property Management is poor and cheap. Maintenance crew does an excellent job when given approval…read more Property manager blames low priority and lack of spending money on property owners. Word in complex is that the Property Manager and his family own the property. Everything is a low priority on maintenance schedule. First response is it can't be done. Maintenance is good about repairing items that "so called" can't be done but without property manager's knowledge. Property Manager needs to re-evaluate priorities showing tenants a little more respect. He also quite frequently uses the line, "Well if you don't like it here you can pay me 4 months rent to buy out of your lease and move." I have heard that at least 5 times and I have only lived here for 4 months. Other tenants share same opinion. Buildings are made out of very cheap material. If you are thinking about renting pay close attention during walk through and make sure everything works properly.
