He determined we needed a part that he had back at his shop. He left and returned in another hour with the part. We've had issues previously with this furnace particularly the "zone valve." 4 different HVAC experts had been to our house before replacing zone valve after zone valve. Brian examined the furnace and he was able to determine that the issue was probably never the zone valve, but the wiring was never Installed properly. He rewired, also discovered it wasn't working because with 2 thermostats we needed a transformer. He fixed it all the same day and we finally had someone solve our "zone valve" issue after 25 years! !!! Can't recommend Experienced enough!!!

Their estimator arrived on schedule within a day or two after calling the office. While they can't say exactly when they will arrive to take care of your trees on the estimate, they do provide a promise to complete the work within a set period of time. Our jobs were not urgent, but in an emergency I would trust them to come quickly. In terms of tending to the trees, they are fast, efficient and totally professional. They have the equipment to handle huge trees in difficult situations (on steep terrain or close to structures). It may not be cheap to take down and remove large trees that are threatening to topple on the roof of one's home--but it's worth every penny and a costs lot less expensive repairing your house!
