Promised nontoxic cleaners, this young woman showed up with a bunch of spray chemicals which she pushed around with a rag. Never once using a scrub brush, or a damp rag - and the bathroom was never touched! The ring in the toilet was STILL there after, and the dust on the toilet paper holder untouched. Someone should teach this young woman how to clean, but it won't be me! If I could give them a ZERO - I would.

They were supposed to be at my apartment for a move out cleaning at 10am... no one showed up!…read more They ignored my messages to ask if anyone was coming. I was basically left hanging the day before I had to move out... would not recommend obviously. Trusting them to simply show up cost me a lot of extra time and money.
