I've never had an issue with the people who actually work for Midco. It's the company itself that…read moreis rotten. Horrible service. They seem to intentionally make their website run slowly when trying to change your services. The rest of the website loads instantly until you click "change services." Looking forward to the other internet services taking over with far superior capabilities. Actually using fiber connections instead of cheaping out on copper lines.

My Internet has worked perfectly from day 1 and runs all my devices with ease. I do some pretty heavy gaming with it, no lag or issues. Customer service was great to me and prompt. They worked with me on a late bill instead of just shutting it off instantly, the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because of the $100 installation fee and the price after promotional pricing for the first 6 months goes up making it just a little more expensive than I am comfortable with. Installation should be free if you want me to use your service
