After sitting down for 15 mins i went to the tellers to ask when will we see someone and was told my banker is with a client and should be finishing soon. My banker was Micaela Rodrigues who is a SB and MOD. After 20-25 mins she finally came out and greeted me and said she will be with me shortly. She open the account and i made a deposit and left. Before leaving i asked her to close my daughter little kids account and she said she did. Come to find out she closed the new account that she opened and not the old one. And this is the MOD. There was so much more that happen but you guys get it!

Went to get a new debit card yesterday - what a hassle! The employee who printed the new card…read moredidn't know how to use the machine. I went to the SuperMarket - was unable to use the new card. Had to call the bank (call #1) - was told I was supposed to activate it at the ATM. How would I know that??? Was transferred to the phone number to activate my account - went thru all the steps. Went back into the supermarket - card still didn't work. Called the bank (call #2), was told that my card is activated - it must be the supermarket system. Back into the supermarket, card still doesn't work. Called the PNC customer service number. They had to call the bank to explain how to use the machine - while on hold - headed back to the bank. The person who told me that it must the supermarket's system is "the expert" is printing new debit cards !?!? She printed a new card and activated it for me. Went to use the card - finally worked! Don't they print new debit cards all the time - it IS a bank after all ?!?! No one knows what they are talking about - VERY friendly, but don't know what they are doing. Go to a different bank!!

He told me it was my name. When I arrived at the bank the card was for my son. (same account), I was not allowed to take the card. I informed the manager that he caused me to make a wasted trip from my home in East Orange to the bank in Union. For ages there were no envelopes so I had to constantly drive around with my checks and cash. Finally hey started a new system but now you have to put your card in just to GET an envelope. weird.
