First off to say this company is beyond helpful! Started…read moreoff taking class. My student missed a couple days due to sports. Was very easy to make up with the dates and times available. They give you a list of things to do after class and before you can take your drivers test. In that time the staff responds to emails so fast, the phones are answered all the time, sometimes busy but if you leave a voicemail they will call back extremely fast. 100% will have my other kids and friends take this program with a+!

The issues we had with this place: The classroom instruction, although adequate , but student didn't care personally for the teacher. Behind the wheel portion of the instruction was awful. They kept stringing us along with "You must complete a BTW class before you can schedule the next one." Well, OK, the catch was that there were scarcely any BTW classes to sign up for! This continued for too long with no progress beyond the first BTW that we decided to cancel our package. They promised a refund check for the remaining unused portion but it took multiple calls over 6 weeks and "the check is in the mail" until finally it was resolved. Stay away from this toxic dis-organization.

Some services that make it stand out from its primary competitors are its helpful career services center, strong music program, good student support, and excellent academic resources. 1 star off due to a high price, although there are many complimentary services beyond the standard lineup of what other institutions sell. Overall it is a strong organization that is well placed strategically to compete and bring high value to customers in the 21st century.

It really seems to help with school spirit. Having to endure a Minnesota winter without alcohol builds character. Also government scientists say alcohol and cold don't mix and you can't be in Minnesota without cold. Carleton has cuter ducks in their lakes though. My son visited here recently and he told me he would give the school a resounding "meh".

Anyway, maybe it was my first experience in SUPER WHITE MN but I could not stand the anger and hatred directed towards Latinos and Mexicans. GOD! And then, my roommate could not understand why we even talked about racism because it was SO pointless. Jesus. Please consider going somewhere else.
