"Northgate Gardens is a friendly, quiet complex in the heart of North Waltham". What a beautiful statement to be so far from the truth. It is quiet, but friendly not so much. Especially for visiting family. We were visiting this place starting Friday, June 16th. Aware of the community rules, we parked our car on dedicated visitors parking knowing that we will not break the rule of staying more than 3 consecutive nights. On early Monday morning (federal holiday), our car gets towed. The towing company, Ramsay's Towing, tells us that the office notified them and asked to tow the vehicle. The office was closed. The towing company refuses to put us in contact with the person that called so we can explain that we did not break the rule and the car was towed illegally. The offices were notified by e-mail, the in person conversation in the office did not bring any results. Visiting family in this complex can and most likely will have your vehicle towed regardless of how long your family visits for. This will be investigated as it is our understanding based on numerous tenants testimonies, that this illegal practice along with the contracted towing company is widely known. The state of Massachusetts was notified and the full investigation will be conducted about this illegal activity. I have evidence of my arrival, copy of the official parking policy and all the responses we received from the association. If you have family that wants to visit you, please think twice about renting there as they might experience this every time they visit you. No explanation or willingness to resolve it from the officials tells you that they can do what they please with no consequences. read more

Very bad Condo Trust Office.Illegally towed the residents cars which is parked in the right space and even charge a towing fee! Very Bad!
