Arrived on time to find the court occupied. Confirmed at the check in desk that I was looking at the correct court. Rather than helping me clarify the situation with the current players the worker simply told me again that we had court 7 reserved. Turns out that Hitters overbooked and the court showed up in the system as available, allowing us to book, but that it should have been held for a reoccurring reservation. We were treated with a very 'sorry, there's nothing else I can do for you' attitude. Wasted an hour and a half of 5 peoples' time and three vehicles driving over because of a mistake by the venue. Would not recommend, won't come back.
