Brought my mom for imagining, all I have to say the front desk ladies are great actors. We stood there for 10 minutes in front of them with no line. They saw us and everyone grabbed a phone like there were calls coming in. NONE of them greeted us or said hi "we will be right with you " or anything like that. And when they did get off the phone still no "Hi" just " write your name on the sheet. Really? This is the service you show? Moreover, we wrote our name and waited another 20-30 minutes for her to say there's no technician available when she clearly could have asked us and not wasted our time. Such terrible Service. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was so friendly. Monica was especially sweet and thoughtful -- she made the whole experience so comfortable. This place is nice, clean & pleasant to be in. I was refered by my urgent care to do an xray here. Easily made an appointment with Ruby over a phonecall, yesterday. She was very professional and patient during my phonecall where I had to get back and forth to obtain more information for her. Remarkable service and worth a recognition! Came in today 30 minutes earlier. My appointment was for 3:30. Spoke to Cece, filled out the form, made payment. It was my turn 10 minutes passed my scheduled appointment (reasonable & acceptable), I went in for my xray. It was done very quickly! The technician was Andrea. She was professional and worked efficiently. She explained very wrll and instructed me on how to pose for the Xray & it was easy to follow. Cece at the front desk, is an Asian descendant woman who spoke in flawless Spanish with someone on the phone (at least to my ears as a Spanish learner). I was like: whoaaaa!!! That was impressive!! The process for my visit was easy, smooth and fast! Highly recommended to others! Limited reserved parking space for their visitors. There was a sign to warn the visitor to strictly park on those reserved spaces only otherwise the vehicle/s could be subjected to towing! read more

If you want your HIPAA rights violated, come here!¡! You get put into another waiting room before your procedure with other patients. The staff proceeds to discuss your condition along with clarifying questions in this room. Isn't that wonderful. Had a 3:00pm appointment for MRI, arrived 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. It is now 45 mins after my appointment time and am being told another 30 mins. Don't make plans around your appointment you will be late, and the worst part is that it's like I am inconveniencing them when I ask how much longer. Guy showed up 30 mins late to his appointment and was taken in before me. Should have learned from the last time. Came in 2 months ago for X-Rays .y care provider still has not received to date, God knows what happened to them. read more

I've come to this image center for a couple od different imaging, including MRIs, xray and ultrasound. Every single time the staff has been great. The facility is very clean and has great decor, which helps ease my nerves prior to getting studies done. Occasionally I've gotten imaging at other centers throughout the valley , NorCal , but have decided to make the trip to this place for any imaging that I need. read more

Had an appointment for 9am Tuesday 11/21/23. I was asked to come in 15 mins before to fill out paperwork. I did. I checked in at 8:38am. I wasn't called back until after 9:50am. Over an hour. I kept seeing others that came in after me being called back. I understand that there are a few different imaging scans done here, but some acknowledgment of running late or short staffed (if that's the case which I don't know if it is, just saying) or sorry you've been waiting so long would have been nice. I'm not happy that I had to wait over an hour after my appointment time. Over the phone making the appointment they were nice and got me in the next day. read more

CROOKS - I urge all patents to go elsewhere if you value your money, even if you have insurance. I'm a cautionary tale. If I didn't fight for my money I would have never gotten it back. I feel terrible for all the very sick patients who don't have the fight In them. I went there last November for a CT of my neck with PPO insurance knowing I had already met all of deductibles. They told me I had to pay $200 since my deductible had not been met which I thought was odd at the time but I paid and would figure it out with my insurance later (since my deductible was met my copay should have been $0 and they knew that as they had already verified my insurance, got a PA but regardless even if they didn't I knew I would be easily reimbursed after the fact). Boy was I wrong, I just got reimbursed my money after fighting with them for 3 months with my insurance company. They were notified by insurance company in December they had 60 days to reimburse me the 200 as I had met my deductible and they were paid the contracted rated which put the due date in Feb 2024. When that date passed I took matters into my own hands as my insurance company was having no success. Their billing department said they had no knowledge of this due date, that they did not know I met my deductible and they required additional documentation from my insurance company. I had conferenced in my insurance company and had them fax them the documents on the phone and was told I would get my money in the next week. That week past and I called them back up and now I was told that they were holding my money as a deposit as my insurance failed to pay on the claim as if I was a cash patient. Then they said they never got the last set of documents, a bunch of BS. Finally I disputed it on my credit card and went that route. Not sure what happened but I just got a check from them after literally fighting non stop for my money. I urge all patients to go elsewhere. If I didn't fight for my money I would have never gotten it back. I feel terrible for all the very sick patients who don't have the fight In them. read more

Monica was so sweet to work me in by staying after hours to image the second knee for me so I didn't have to miss more work. My parents had an ultrasound appointment with this center scheduled for 1:30pm and we arrived there on time. After doing the paperwork we had to wait there for more than an hour to be called. I followed up with the staff 3 times and they stated they didn't know why 3 people came at the same time. Finally after expressing our frustration they figured out the person who scheduled it made a mistake by scheduling us for 3:30pm. I had other plans for the day which were all affected. Very unorganized place and very disappointing experience. I won't recommend anyone to go there as a longer than usual wait time and waste of time is expected there. read more

Receptionists were excellent, particularly "Cici" - happened to overhear her extreme patience with a patient who i supposing was elderly with communication & comprehension issues. It was just extraordinary how well she handled such a long & drawn out call. Cici was so helpful and accommodating. Her bedside manners were amazing. I felt her compassion from the moment I walked in. She understood my pain level and asked Jason to help me with a wheelchair. She also had patience with me moving so slowly. Jadon was so helpful and also compassionate. He is so strong! I wasn't able to get on the table by myself and although I was nervous about a closed MRI he walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable before starting the MRI. He also elevated my legs with pillows which gave me relief for the first time in weeks. I highly recommend this place and want you to know that you will definitely be taken care of coming here. I am so thankful for them also fitting me in the schedule the same day. read more

This use to be a really good facility with great staff. The front receptionists were awful, unfriendly and very disorganized. They've lost all of my drs orders but somehow had them to confirm my appointment weeks ago. They also asked for cash payments and texted requesting for cash too. So shady. Sounded like they are pocketing the money vs depositing it to the business. read more

I made an appointment for a CT scan and arrived on time yet had to wait an hour and 15 minutes before I was seen. The girl working the front desk didn't speak English well and was unable to answer basic questions. After waiting over an hour, they informed me that I needed blood work in order to get the CT scan which they charge for. Once I was called in, they took me to a "sub-waiting" room for more waiting. When I was finally brought in to be scanned, the machine didn't work. It kept freezing. I was also left in the dark on what to expect during the scan as this was my first time having one done. They didn't explain anything until I asked. This place is disorganized. The medical staff not thorough. My advice is to find a more professional and knowledgeable facility that doesn't waste your time. read more

We've used NSIC for all of our family's imaging needs for over a decade, & we've been extremely pleased. The facility's modern, spacious & clean, & the staff's exp'd, considerate & compassionate. Recently, we exp'd some scheduling problems related to new hires, & once mgmt was aware, they bent over backwards to rectify the problem & fulfill our needs to the best of their ability. And then, when medical issues complicated the difficult cat scan, dragging it out into an all day event, the staff was unbelievably compassionate & understanding. It was truly amazing, & we're very appreciative. After decades of medical problems requiring regular annual imaging needs, across the western US, they stand out as the most professional facility we've encountered. This is our 3rd time here and every single time they ask us for "order form" when the doctor sends directly to them. They never take you in at your appt time. The staff is disgusting and rude. I thoroughly appreciate the excellence of this facility. I needed several MRI's and an Xray. I'm typically anxious about the process, even after needing regular exams over the last 25 years due to my condition. This was by far the very best provider I've ever used. And I'm going back from the 1900's ...(1999 lol). Cici greeted me upon arrival, and she was very personable and professional; which set the stage for everyone I interacted with during my first ever visit as a new patient. The process was seamless, efficient and comforting. The open MRI unit was quite spacious and still accommodating for brain and spine. They perform both with and without contrast, for the record. I highly recommend this for your exam needs and I'm grateful for the friendly and professional staff. This is my new home for future appointments. I called to schedule an appointment for my father and his buckled knee. The young gal (the name I can't recall) that answered the phone seemed annoyed when I asked what information I needed to bring to show I am his caregiver. She indicated nothing was needed and hung up on me abruptly. Not a good first impression. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very nice and well-mannered lady by the name of Cici. Cici was so very helpful, making both my father and I feel very welcome. My father has an allergy cough and Cici was quick to offer him some water to ease his discomfort. Cici processed our paperwork and answered all our questions without hesitation, making us comfortable knowing we were in good hands. When my father was moved to the back, I remained in the waiting room and found that Cici was pleasant, not only in person but to everyone she spoke to... very thorough and polite. As my father and I got ready to leave, Cici once again provided her attention and advised if we had any questions to give her a call and she would be happy to assist. Cici was a delight to work with during this difficult time. I look forward to speaking with her again. read more

I came for an appt on a weekend only to find that I had been somehow deleted from the appointment list. Hey mistakes happen. I was certain that, its a weekend so they will probably resechedule when the admissions person told me and my wife who drove to hold on a sec. Then Admission lady, the Tech, got on confrence with the manager cause it was their lunch time when this happened and would set them back and I was treated to a Yes, we can do it now despite the schedule error. First Medical office Ive encountered made such a concerted effort and on a weekend to try to save me having to come back again. They rock. Oh and the equipment was so comfortable. The table was a little wider so a lot more comfortable and the first time I encounted a head support device for an imaging session, made it even easier. read more
