Firstly, the management is great. I loved the Pastors and especially the children's ministers (apologies, I cannot remember them and am too lazy to look them up). However, the people I encountered in this church were anything but pleasant. I have a five-year-old that we took to Sunday School and she came home that day and stated that none of the other children included her in play. The teachers were a lot older and didn't seem to be very perceptive of what was going on. I don't ask a lot from of church, but being acknowledged isn't too much to ask for. This church is not very good at inviting new people in. During introductions at the church, we had one person among a congregation of around 150+ say hello to us. Afterwards, people spread and went into their own little groups. We gave the church around a month or so before we realized that actually becoming involved and accepted by this church was going to be an uphill battle. We attended SS and my husband and I felt that people were only cordial to us. It never progressed past that. My last straw was when they kept thinking we were new people every week! A church should be welcoming, not isloating and that is what this church was for my family and I. Definitely am not recommending this place to anyone who is looking for a welcoming church family!

The priest is a little difficult to understand if you're not spanish-speaking, and there is no cry room for children. Otherwise, it was very festively but tastefully decorated, the service was semi-modern (but not too modern for old-fashioned prayerful catholics like ourselves). It was easy to find via google maps and easy to get back to our hotel afterward. The phone number Yelp provided led us to a recording of Mass times which was nice considering I didn't look it up on masstimes.org ahead of time.
