Worst customer service ever!! My cousin bought a recliner here. Noticed a crack on the wood (particle board) and returned for replacement or fix. Store sent it back completely broken and accused them of deliberately destroying chair. It just had a crack the last time they saw it! Why would they destroy a chair they still have to pay for?! Horrible, horrible customer service! Deserves 0 stars! "Wouldn't buy anything from this place. They said we broke our brand new recliner on purpose, and said one of us must have weighed 500 pounds and jumped off the roof and landed in it. Pictures of our broken recliner are in the comments. I had heard this place used to sell used furniture but not anymore. They are strictly new and they have a wide selection of items. The worker that helped us was really nice and when I asked for the more affordable items, he quickly took us to them without blinking an eye. They have a large range of priced items for everyone's wallet size. And really nice stuff too. It's located on the service road up by the Shell station, near the Comfort Inn and Days Inn. If you are looking for furniture, I recommend you stopping in here. read more

My husband and I have made two purchases from this furniture store. The place is spacious and they have a lot of furniture to choose from. On our initial visit, we bought furniture for our guest room including a huge, ornate, wall mirror for our master bedroom. The mirror is breathtakingly stunning! We decided to visit the store a second time because I was searching for chairs for our great room. We purchased two lovely zebra print chairs that are both beautiful and comfortable. The store owner and his staff are professional and willing to help the customer. The salesman is equally willing to help one find the right piece. Also, the delivery guys are exceptional! They are friendly, careful with the furniture and mindful of one's home. The business has more than enough parking and again, more than enough furniture.
