First of all, he returned my call (which doesn't happen all that often). When he came over on June 12th, he told me he wouldn't get to the repairs until the middle of August . On Saturday June 17th I found Pete and his crew working on my fence repairs. He explained that he decided to work me in between other jobs as he didn't want me to deal with an inoperable gate for another 60 days. Today is June 20th and the repairs are complete. The two people in charge of the actual build would not return my calls so I finally talked to the customer relations manager. He was worthless. He said he would have the problems checked out, talk to the employees and then get back to me and he never did. I waited for any resolution from him for weeks and received nothing. If he ever did come to check out the problems, which I doubt he did, he didn't see them- because I already had them fixed, at my expense. The women who answer the phones when you call the company were nice, helpful and very polite and tried to get someone to help me. I appreciated their efforts.
