Lived in Northtown for three years and am very happy! We have a new pool Grand Opening on May 26. The pool looks fantastic, can't wait to jump in. We do have elections like any HOA and have a new President and many new Board members. HOA fee is very reasonable only $45/month. I would buy here again. read more

I am a resident of Northtown and It is a lovely quiet community in the heart of Phoenix, close to everything and quick access to freeways. There are many activities... I love it here.. it is clean, quiet, and friendly. At the moment, the temps range from the 30's to 60's, so I don't think it is swimming weather.. You are free to visit and contact a real estate agent to tour the property. As soon as homes go up for sale, they are gone! So it can't be as bad as that person wrote. read more

Northtown is a great place to live or rent. The community is friendly, there are activities at the community center, the pool table room is always open to members. The pool has had some issues this summer but they are being fixed. The community is self run with low HOA fees compared to similar communities. For a lower price senior community centrally located it can't be beat. Home owner for over 12 years. read more

Never buy into this community,. Don't even rent any homes here. There is no heated pool, actually no pool, they closed it down, no Jacuzzi hot tub, gravel roads, terrible management. read more
