We bought a Wildwood camper from Northtown in 2022, the entire team was great and super helpful. We had a problem with our slide at the beginning of the 2023 season and the service department got us in right away to look at this issue. It seemed fixed and worked properly afterward. We thought that it was fixed until we went on our next trip and found out that the slide was still broken, this was not at fault of the dealership but rather faulty equipment installed during the camper build. We dropped our camper off to them after that weekend, they ordered new motors for the slide and fixed the floor within a week. They knew we had another trip scheduled and were absolutely wonderful with ensuring that our camper was working properly, fixed, and back on time. I had to get my RV serviced and winterized, and these guys did a great and thorough job getting it done for me and pretty quickly too.

Every time I bring my trailer to them, it done very sloppily. Had them de-winterise the trailer and they left faucets on which to the outdoor kitchen flooded the trailer. Sorry I ever bought it from them and had it serviced there. Also have electrical problems after they did something. read more

Called there for the service department twice and had to leave voicemails. They never returned any of our calls. Poor customer service. Don't buy a unit here because if it breaks they will never call you back. read more
