I strongly regret signing a lease here. If you're looking for an apartment with consistent climate…read morecontrol, good ventilation, and a quiet living environment, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The building has extremely poor air circulation. The hallways frequently become stuffy and retain odors to the point that if someone uses the restroom down the hall, the entire floor can smell like sewage. The lack of ventilation also seems to affect the apartments themselves. Inside the unit, the only air conditioning is a very loud wall-mounted unit. Summers are uncomfortable because the apartment develops major hot and cold spots instead of maintaining an even temperature. If you value a consistently comfortable living space, this isn't it. The poor ventilation also affects the laundry. The dryer routinely takes three cycles to dry even small cotton loads because it doesn't appear to vent efficiently. Another major issue is the noise. Whenever there's even a modest amount of wind, it whistles loudly around the building for hours. It can be incredibly disruptive, especially if you're trying to sleep. The electronic key fob system has also been a constant source of frustration. It seems like every week there's another malfunction that prevents residents from accessing the building, their apartments, or even the garage. It's gotten to the point where I felt I had to leave for work 30+ minutes earlier than necessary because I was worried my car would be trapped and I'd have to call an Uber. During the winter, there were also times when residents couldn't get into the building after work despite freezing temperatures. A secure access system should be reliable, and that simply wasn't my experience. On top of that, the lease terms are very unfavorable if your circumstances change and you need to move out early. I wish I had paid closer attention to the existing reviews before signing. My experience has been so different from many of the glowing reviews that I would encourage prospective renters to do thorough research before making a decision. Overall, this has been one of the most uncomfortable places I've lived, and I would not choose to live here again.

We just moved in in March of 2023. Angie showed us the ynit we rented and was AMAZING. She was so…read morekind and knowledgeable about the apartments and the area. She was quick and efficient with our applications and upfront about what it would cost. I would highly recommend this property and anyone in that itfice is capable and friendly and can help you find your new home.

Love this apartment! Never had a problem with management, they are so nice. Great place if you have…read moredogs, and they allow bigger dogs too! Never had a problem with noise, even with so many dogs in the building. There is many amenities available, including a dog park. I personally have a 2 bed, 2 bath...and it's very spacious. Closet sizes are great. The pool is perfect, and even though 3 buildings share it, it's never been too full and there are bathrooms by the pool, so you really can enjoy your time out there! I only have one complaint, the garages are crazy expensive for an attached garage, and the unattached garages aren't much petter for price. I would have still gave 5 stars normally, as personally I didn't need a garage when I moved in. But it's becoming more and more frequent of theft from vehicles this year. My car had things stolen from (the one time I forget to lock it) and another day someone had scratched my driver window, clearly on purpose, there was tons of scratch marks. A friend of mine lives there as well, also had things stolen from their vehicle on another occasion. There's no cameras in the parking lot, so only advice if moving in: DO NOT FORGET TO LOCK YOU CARS!

I'm so disappointed. we've had amazing neighbors but the apartments themselves have been terrible…read moreand the assistance is awful. We had to dry our clothes 3+ times to get them dry, the dishwasher does not wor. we submitted work orders for these and maintenance left a note stating "nothi bc we can do about this" End of our lease came, we got a notice to notify if we were staying, we definitely were not, then found out shortly before we moved out that we had to give a 60 day notice to vacate. The lease end contract that we signed says lease dates terms are til July 19, 2022 but are having to pay til August 12. Had to submit our renters insurance at least 6 times and continued to get charged renters insurance. Ridiculous waste of money.

First of all when we moved it it was vacuumed but the carpets were not cleaned. There were pee…read morespots on the carpet and it smelled like urine. So we had to wait to move in. The bathroom cabinets were not cleaned and there was dried toothpaste all over the inside of the drawers. I just read another review that said the same thing. The light switch did not work on the ceiling fan so at night we had to unscrew the lightbulbs to keep the fan on. However the worst experience was when I was talking a nap and woke up to my door being opened. I asked who it was and he said maintenance. I did not give them permission to come in, in fact I requested a call to know when they were coming. I asked him to leave and he said if I didn't let him come in I would have to wait for a while for him to come back. He actually got a bit of an attitude. I told him I needed him to leave and to make an appointment. I told him it's against the law for him to come in without permission or prior notice. When I complained about it they just made excuses for everything. Do not rent here.
