Can't complain about the service when they were open but they seemingly closed the Austinburg…read morebranch overnight with no notice. Nothing by mail, no phone calls, just a sign on the door one day in early December 2023. Wife drove out to Conneaut and closed hers and the kids accounts. Too far to drive for routine banking and do not appreciate being given no notice of the closure. This bank has closed all but its main branch since 2012. Probably a good sign to take your money elsewhere.
