The staff inside are always courteous and help you with whatever you need in a few minutes. They offer the typical services you would expect from a bank. Checking and savings accounts, loans, mortgages, etc. Rates are pretty good. Best thing about this is if you are an employee you can have your paycheck direct deposited, or if you have a loan you can have direct debit set up to pay for your loan straight out of your paycheck. They have two ATM locations in the building as well. One is located in the main lobby by the entrance from the parking garage and the other is located in the cafeteria by the vending machines. Just a little tip, they may not always be working right now, but they are about to upgrade and get new machines shortly.

Jan 11 no new card no pin. Went to see why. Was told they had not issued another card. AND THEY DID NOT STOP THE LOST CARD ! Jan 24 got new card. But no pin! Feb 1 still no pin. They claimed they sent it. They still have not sent a pin or replacement. Feb 14 after countless messages I still have no pin. They close at 3:30 which makes it impossible for me to leave to get to them . With every message from them is another BS excuse. I'm stuck until my tax refunds come in before I can close the accounts and move on. They have been told this but issued a message that they will send me a home check and close my accounts and for me to let any direct deposits know I am closing my account now. Talk about Morons!!!

Each time we went in to ask about the situation we gotten a different story. I went in with my elderly mother a month ago to help her cash a check we saw one of her friends who was kind enough to let her in front of him she was yelled at by one of the clerks because she was told to go ahead and was threaten to be refused services. Now more recent I was looking over my account for my disabled son and I noticed there was a fraud in his account and multiple charges were being taken out normally you contact the bank go inside and dispute the charges and a refund is made to the account Oh no no not S&T this time if you wanted your money back they just could not help you is what Janet told me. She also felt that I was incompetent by asking me if I can understand every 5 minutes of our conversation. So not only was my son denied his disability money back from the bank with evidence shown it was a scam but their staff is completely unable to handle fraud situations effective and appropriately without being RUDE to their customers. So at the end of the day our entire family is closing our accounts and was refused our money and Janet did not give us a friendly smile or a thank you for ripping us off. The representative I dealt with was very kind and polite. Which is why there's even 3 stars. When she asked her superior about it, there was nothing they could do. She then stepped in to say I'm more than welcome to go to a different branch , because they specifically follow policies there that some branches do not. Regardless of the fee, the superior was very impolite about the situation, and could have at least acted nice. Good location. Rude management.

I filed a viable claim with Erie Insurance for a burst pipe in December 2022, which I am still attempting to reconcile, with no guidance or assistance from this agency. At every turn, Casper has failed to advocate for me, instructing me at one point to defer to Erie's adjuster, all the while knowing almost nothing about me, my policy and associated rights, or my prior attempts at communication. Needless to say, I've recently filed an insurance complaint with the Commonwealth. If you've had good experience with Casper, that's as it should be. I decidedly have not, and am disappointed to hear from others than my experience is not only ordinary, it's commonplace. I will be switching to another agency upon resolution of my claim. If my request is denied, I'll be leaving Erie altogether, and largely on account of the indifference of this agency.

I called several accountants, and William responded to me quickest. When I explained my situation he said he'd be happy to do them but humbly stated he may be more expensive than others and encouraged me to call around. I had a good feeling by talking to him, but called a couple of places anyway just to feel them out. Others came in a bit cheaper but seemed sleepy or as if they were reading from a script. Ultimately I followed my hunch which was that William would do a more personal job. I'm glad I followed my instinct. Working with William was great. I related to him on a personal level and we spent a fair amount chit-chatting about our personal lives and places we've lived. While we were chit-chatting he was still wearing his accounting hat and would say "I think we could deduct that". He also ended up taking the time to run my numbers using different methods to find the best method of saving. Though I paid a hundred bucks or so more for William compared to the next best service, I'm sure I saved much more than that by choosing to go to him, simply because he listened with a real ear rather than just punching things into a computer or following some policy.
