It wasn't a great experience…read more The renters above them had more pets than they should have, and were loud and partied all the time. They repeatedly complained, and the management did nothing. There was no one to call, and they were told to text someone who did nothing and rarely answered the texts. It was so loud that often they couldn't sleep due to the rude neighbors upstairs. Rent was expensive, along with a ridiculous application process where they told us that one of the girls wasn't making enough money to rent the place even with a co-signer (which was ridiculous and not true). When they asked to extend their lease for a few months to avoid moving in winter, they finally got an answer after a couple weeks and were allowed to if they paid a few hundred dollars every month which was absolutely ridiculous given the apartments were not full and the experience they had with neighbors. When they moved out they left the place as they found it and of course Crestview claimed they had to do all these repairs and cleaning which was ridiculous. I was so happy to have her move out of this place. I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to reconsider. It's not worth the rent, the abysmal, pathetic management and lack of peace and quiet which they are required by law to provide.

Shea advised us that if we paid three months of rent up front for a 6 month lease we could we submit our paystubs and we would get approved for a one year lease and not have to pay the three months up front again because we would have shown them that we could afford it. Little did we know she was a liar and had us repay the three months up front. We were not able to rebuild our savings everytime and couldn't find another place to live because we didn't have enough for a deposit. She kept increasing our rent every 6 months too making it hard to scrap up the money. She was never in her office and almost impossible to get ahold of. She kept trying to charge us with noise complaints and finally stopped after I told her I had contacted the police and they said it was illegal and we could only be charged if they thought the complaints were valid. We didn't have heat in our living room and the maintenance couldn't figure out why so she called an electrician who said that the heater was stuck to the wall and there were no wires there to connect to anything. The final straw was when she said we could only do a three month lease and would have to pay three months up front. Trout Meadows and Shae the manager are scammers.

I left for two weeks to go home for a bit during summer, only to come back to find our that they thought I had abandoned the apartment and I had three days to find a new place, and they already had my apartment rented out to someone else. Well I find a new place the next day, once I told green tree they then decided I only had 12 hours, not 72 hours as previously told to clean the apartment and leave. Walls and floors are incredibly thin, you will hear everything your neighbors are doing, playing, heck even them walking around sounds like a marching band. And of course yes they will be able to hear everything your doing. If you like your cars suspension don't park here, massive potholes everywhere, parking lot hasn't been worked on for years. Save yourself do not go to these people, they will figure out any underhanded way to get your wallet they can.

There was constant music playing and the grounds were not kept up, there were chicken bones and beer cans everywhere. I had to pull chicken bones wrapped in paper towels out of my dogs throat more then I should have. With that said it has gotten much better. Our maintenance manager Albert is on top of everything. He keeps the grounds clean and checks on tenants like myself regularly. With the ice and snow arriving I have seen Albert out there salting the sidewalks alongside the company who's actually responsible for this task. Im sure maintaining and fixing the units is not an easy task because I've seen how some of these people leave the units.
