Dr. Riley saved my life. I was in for GI issues and she found issues with my thyroid, which ended up being cancer. Dr, Tallman is amazing, The PA's, Sara and Stephanie were so kind to me during a blood pressure issue and helped fast track me to getting to a solution. Like any clinic, they are overwhelmed, people... it's not the 80s! Be kind, advocate for yourself. I picked this clinic when I moved here in 2017 and am very happy with the care I receive. read more

I went to there clinic surrounding urinary symptoms completed a UA and never received any follow up for over 24 hours. Called them multiple times and just kept getting transferred to the supporting staff voicemail. Requested to speak with a manager but was put through to a different voicemail. No empathy at all that I was in pain. No resolution thus far! read more

Shameful. I went there a year ago for a back injury and the doctor was incredibly dismissive. The doctor, Gregory Frane, told me to my face that he doesn't care how I go about treatment. I would like my doctor to care about my treatment thank you. Disgusting billing practice where I was not contacted about my balance until a full year after my visit. It was the collections agency that contacted me, not the billing office. I called the billing office to inquire why my account was sent to collections when I was given no notice of a balance. They admitted that they attempted to mail me notice but had those notices returned for an invalid address, despite confirming that they have my correct address on file. Paul, the billing manager, ignores what you tell him and will not talk to you like a human. I do not recommend anyone visit Northwest Family Clinics as they have anti-consumer tactics of sending a balance to collections without contacting you first. They respond to my google review to make it look like they care, but ignored me once I reached out to them. Pretty scummy. They conveniently didn't add the billing office contact info into their apology template. read more

The front desk women were talking very loudly and unprofessionally. one was cursing and talking a lot of shit about personal business. And I get it no one was in the lobby but me but it was still unprofessional. Than when I went to the back I was asked in the lobby area in the back what I was being tested for loudly as if that's not against HIPPA, I deserve privacy! The phlebotomist acted as if she was going to take my blood without gloves.... it was my first time going and my last time every going. read more

I cannot truly express how frustrated I am with this care provider as they have made it very clear that my health advocacy is an inconvenience to there system or way of conducting business! I have never had a Dr. ask me what do i need even though the appointment is a follow up appointment and was scheduled with notes. She didn't read my charts or look at any notes or read my MRI to decipher the findings until being prodded to do so by me on-site! She made me feel for the past 3 months that she always had somewhere else to be and even left the room with no prompting before the end of my last appointment with her. Dr Budhoo did all this with a smile on her face which did not deflect from the lack of care I felt I was getting. It appears she may be a Doctor but does not take her role as a "care" provider seriously! It was hard for me to take my concerns to a Dr. to begin with and now that I was treated so callously it feels like one big waste of time. I have been with this clinic for 15 years and it's sad to say it has gone down hill. A few months ago the lady (or maybe a nurse) was so rude to me on the phone , after she hung up on me , I called to talk to we boss which she didn't answer so I left a VM and no call back ever. The front desk is not polite or friendly and rude . One older lady came in and must of been HOH and the way she was talked to like it was a pain to be helping her . Wow. Then I was in on Sunday to urgent care and the Dr that helped me did not know what was going on. I was in pain from a sprained ankle and he was cracking jokes and laughing . I used to go to North Memorial Clinic, but this place was alot better and more thorough. Dr. Reichel and nurse Angelique gave my 12yo son shot updates for the new school year. They didn't rush and were genuinely interested in his health. They were very helpful and I would recommend them. Got a COVID test on Monday 6/8 and was told it would take 3-4 days for test results. I tried calling Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to ask about results. I kept getting transferred to a voicemail. I left at least 5 voicemails and no one would return my call. Today (6/15- 7 days after the COVID test was done), I told the very unhelpful operator to not transfer me to a voicemail and I need to talk to a person. Per the nurse, the results had actually came in on Wednesday and no one was notified. Absolutely ridiculous & frustrating! read more

My family and I have been going here for many years thinking they were going to get better. Two of my favorite Dr's have left. And I think its time for us to find a different clinic. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. If you want to be stabbed by a tech in the arm (blood draw) that hits nerves that's what happened to me. The people there were very very hostile about this matter and I was unable to use my arm for 3 months and I put up with a lot of pain as a result, I tell everyone I know never to do to this clinic. My neighbor goes there and he also says the service is pretty poor, so I sent him over to my doctor. I was going there from 2005-2014 and the Crystal clinic had gone down the drain and have too many quack doctors that should not practice medicine. I have had very good experience so far since switching. There have been one or two times I wait longer than wanting, but things happen. Anna F is great and listens to concerns. Facility in crystal is updated and not old. They used to have evening hours, but must have just got rid of them - kind of unfortunate for those who have harder time taking off work. read more
