Not timely billing. Sent to collections. Collections agency is horrendous. Just received a 2nd notice for $900 from 2022 and moving on. Never had bills. Never receive bills from them. This is the 2nd time I have had this issue. A couple years ago it was the same thing. At that time I asked if there was more. They said no. They now claim they told me there was. It's in their notes. I was not told. Why would I settle one and not the other. Avoid NW Pkwy if at all possible. Side roads do not add that much time. read more

I signed up for EXPRESSTOLL because I got a bill for tolls and paid outstanding tolls and put in my credit cards for future tolls. Then I get a collection bill from a lawyer from Northwest Parkway Authority!!!! No bill just a collection notice. WHY DOES COLORADO HAVE TWO DIFFERENT TOLL COLLECTORS??????? I'm new to Colorado and this is the way they greet new residents? Whoever is in charge of roads and highway management is not doing their job correctly. Neither is the governor. This is total B.S. There are so many one-star reviews and most say the same thing, indicating this entity must improve their questionable business practices. I drove on this road a few years ago and wasn't familiar with their toll system of mailing a ticket. Long story short, they sent a legal notice to my current address demanding $50 for a $2.35 toll charge (and yet somehow they mailed the original toll ticket to an old address...). I contacted the law firm and they were extremely unfriendly so I called Northwest Parkway. I was told I could get a reduction (but not a correction) if I proved that the DMV had my current address on file because they claim they bill people based on DMV records. I sent them my DMV registration with my current address printed on it. As a result, I was granted a reduction and was forced to pay more than $2.35 (but thankfully, not the full $50) for their mistake. This proves that Northwest Parkway not only failed to make a good faith effort to mail the ticket to my current address on file with the DMV, but that they are gouging people. read more

Total SCAM! They keep making up new tolls and send repeated bills. I had an ExpressToll pass on my car but they could care less. Liars.

Scam, they don't actually send you a bill. They just send you straight to a collector. Someone needs to sue them. Class action based on all the reviews I see. read more

I am outraged to find out this company illegally connected my name to a license plate I have never owned. They sent me a letter saying $550 went to collections. Never did I receive a phone call or letter before collections. This toll road company is pulling shady scammy business. I already pay for tolls now I don't trust them with my personal information. One star and 150 reviews on Google. This business is a scam. read more
