Zero stars for this place. Don't take your classic car radiator to these guys! We took ours in to be evaluated, they said it would be $500 to rebuild. We declined and when we went to pick it up they tried to give us another radiator that was in horrible condition and not our original radiator!! The owner, Wayne, flat out lied and said "this is your radiator " and it WAS NOT! DON'T TRUST THIS SO CALLED ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! read more

Took an old radiator here to get repaired. They fixed it for a reasonable price, and got it done the same day I took it in. That was about 4 months ago and haven't had a problem since. Much less than the cost of a new radiator, so I'm happy! read more

I took a golf course light fairway mower radiator and hydraulic tank to Northwest Radiator. The hydraulic tank was in bad shape - several rusted out spots. They cut out and replaced rusted panels, then baked a coating on inside and out. Tank has been working without a drop of leakage for 2 months now. Radiator was badly corroded inside, the flushed and cleaned it out. Mower now runs just below 170 deg no matter how hot it is outside. Very reasonable pricing too. My wife and I were at the Spokane KOA, headed west in our 20' 1989 "Jamee" RV. The coolant level was down 1/2 gallon in one day so I googled some radiator shops in the area. Northwest was the only shop that could manage to look at it that day (Friday). As soon as I pulled in there was a mechanic underneath the hood. He said there were "tube to header" leaks, the radiator was shot. Wayne at Northwest did not have the correct replacement, but found one locally that arrived within 1/2 hour. Instead of the aluminum radiator he quoted it was brass and copper, like the original. Within two hours I was on the road again. Could not have had a better experience. PS - I had no idea how much a bad radiator and chronic running hot had been affecting the driveability (uphill acceleration, top comfortable speed) and mileage of this vehicle. read more
