Everything was great just until the end of our buying process, there was delay since they had been short staffed and my file kind of collected dust until someone came back. By the time everyone was up to speed, I was late on my closing date and all of the papers were not done. I wasn't satisfied with that but I do have to give them credit because they wrapped it up pretty quick, so as I did not close when expected which delayed my move out of the apartment, it did officially get done and they were very polite and professional on closing day.

My brother hired Chad Rosen for his divorce approximately 5 years ago. What should have been a…read morefairly simple divorce with little to 'fight over' Mr. Rosen was able to drag out the process, promising so much and delivering so little. To sum it all up as simply as possible, he was billed for several hours of "preparation fees" for various documents (retirement, quit claim deed, etc...) that he now finds out that Chad NEVER completed or filed, even though he was billed for them. After contacting his office several times, and getting nowhere, he's now had to hire a different attorney to complete the tasks Chad should have already done. I would also like to note that at least 2 times Chad suggested he "let things go" or "not fight" over whatever because it wouldn't be worth it and my brother ended up losing a lot more than he should have. That's not my biased opinion, either. When it came down to the most important day he'd had in court, Chad sent Mr. Varsek to 'sub' for him. It put my brother in a very difficult spot as he was in financial ruin because of his ex, so he went along with it and lost, in the end.
