Luke and Paul lined up the flooring to make it look like it had all been laid down in the same job. Beyond that, they work smoothly and efficiently. They don't look rushed, yet they don't waste time. It was installed twelve years ago, so a newer model was probably needed, but I had no idea what that should be. I didn't know how adjust it to get the degrees of arc I required. Sure, I did a hitch in the USN. But though the Navy said they'd teach me everything I'd ever need to know, they never mention sprinkler heads in boot camp and "A" school. Fortunately the Lautner Lady found the product I needed, and patiently explained how to get it to do what was needed. I just installed and tested it; it works fine. We have a number of pets and please make sure you thoroughly read the warranties around pets - there are a few carpet brands that cover ANY stains, but when you read the fine print most of them start pro-rating the coverage VERY quickly (as in 4 or 5 years after install). We found that Karastan really had the best warranty for what we will likely need.

A full detached garage torn off and replaced in less than one day - Paul communicated before and during the process, showing up with his fantastic work crew who were non-stop until the job was done. Next up was the house - wow it was a worse mess than we anticipated - but no problem for Paul and crew. They had to make some major repairs, but just rolled with it and got it done in 1 day. The workers were there until nearly dark making sure the entire property was impeccably clean (I literally can't find one nail left behind!).
