When I called, I was talking with an employee who wasn't sure what to do so she put me on hold and someone else came to the phone. This woman's tone was harsh and she came into the conversation with me rude right out the bat, when I gave her feedback she got defensive and told me she didn't what was going on so she needed to know the story. (Odd seeing as I was on hold and maybe they could have communicated to each other before she picked up the line) either way, she asked me to send her a picture...so I did (I'll insert below) she told me the plant was overwatered... weird because I've watered it 3/4 days and decided to take a 1 day break to see if that was the case, when I explained it to her she said well "he's saying then it's under-watered." Who is he? Why is there a round about answer? I'm frustrated. For the record I'm 27 and have never left a review in my life but I felt compelled.
