I guess after more than a year I've resigned myself to the fact that, after numerous calls, my driveway issues won't be repaired. Had the driveway replaced in late June of 2019. Was told to wait a few days before going on it. Was going on vacation in another week so figured I'd wait until after vacation. It ended up being days before any vehicle went on the driveway. After a few weeks I noticed tire indentations in the driveway. Called up and they came right out the next day. Said problems would be taken care of. Still waiting! In the interim I noticed some of the sides were starting to show cracks to the point of they would crumble if I stepped on them too hard. Called again. Still waiting. At least 5 calls so far, probably more, and still have a job not done correctly. 4 other driveways in the neighborhood have been done and I wouldn't give my recommendation to use this company. Outstanding company and service. We had Dave and his crew replace a driveway that was falling apart (more pieces of pavement than a driveway). We were told to wait 3 days to drive on it, we waited a week. Then we had the rubbish guy come in and empty a container on the property, there were a couple of cracks in the driveway after he left. (The truck was almost full when he came to empty our container). I called Dave, he came and looked at it and said 'it shouldn't have done that', he showed up the next week, fixed and sealed the cracks, and PAVED THE WHOLE DRIVEWAY AGAIN ! with another 3" of pavement. NO CHARGE. Dave is old school, he shakes you hand and tells you there is a 1 year warranty (yes its written too) and he stands behind his word. read more
