Now I've had my Cindy Crawford sofa, loveseat, and oversized ottoman that I got from Rooms to Go going on 7 years. Very durable and still in wonderful condition but years with a toddler has wreaked havoc there were noticeable pen marks and some finger paint spots on the side. I decided I need to get it professionally cleaned so Thursday evening I submitted online requests to several companies to provide quotes for upholstery cleaning. First thing Friday morning I had a text from Parker Brothers outlining the cost and services included. Even through the text the energy and customer service was there (whoever is working the text system keep it up). I thought the price was reasonable and they were able to get me in on Saturday! I gave it a few hours to see what the other companies would come back but decided to ultimately book. The other companies didn't respond until almost end of day, although the cost was less I'm not sure they would have matched the customer experience and customer secure aspect of Parker Brothers. The day of the job the experience was very good. I received a text saying the job before ran longer than normal but they would still be there at a specific timeframe. A crew of 3 men showed up and they were courteous, respectful, and very effective cleaning my furniture. They laid cover down on my floors to keep them protected. The gentlemen I had the most interaction with was Brad and not only does he know his stuff but he keeps you smiling- a simple joy to chat with! He gave me several tips on how to look at the fabric label of materials when shopping for furniture and how to clean up spots before they set. They were in and out within an 1 hour and 15mins! I had a great experience and would definitely use the Parker Brothers again for my cleaning needs. I'd also recommend them for my real estate clients.
