I paid £72 pounds, that refunded only when I returned with an IT guy, who explained me that my laptop has a contact error and they have known it, as this is the only one explanation, how they can turn it on anytime (back, where I can't see that they hit it here and there), then it doesn't work at home. They spoiled the never used battery of my laptop, that was not refunded. Their firmly stated, that a Lithium-ion battery must be charged for 14 hours every time when it is not used for a while.
