I had seen another game truck and had called to inquire about my son's party. I will not disclose the other company, but there was quite a bit of uncertainty if the trailer would make it up our small hill to our home. I called Jun, and it was night and day difference with how he spoke to me, the way he stopped and looked up our address; accompanied with photos/videos I sent to ensure we could rent this game truck. Here's the world class difference: Jun was absolutely willing to find a way. He asked to call me back, and when he did, he explained that he had used Google earth to measure a section of curb/road close to our home, and determined it would be perfect. He eliminated the need to host at the park, and all the additional things that would require. He not only spoke to me in detail, but he was 100% confident he could provide service to us- & gave me 2 options to make sure we could rent his game truck. Now onto the booking. Not only was it so easy/simple to fill it out and request a day/time- they have the option to block specific games! That right there is GOLD. We don't allow certain games to be played and having the option to simply not allow them was awesome. It gets better! He offered a discount because of my husbands service. You don't find companies willing to honor men and women that have served or currently serve our country/city etc. That was fantastic! The communication from booking to event was smooth, straight forward- and not overwhelming. Jun and Rafael arrived promptly, and set up the game truck in a short time. Here is something else I must include: their demeanor with curious, excited children was beyond exceptional. They answered even the basic of questions to each child with kindness and respect. I was blown away. They brought EVERYTHING! They had the most comfortable chairs out under the awning. Ok, so GAME time! The kids for my son's party arrived, Jun was outside, where the moms were chopping up Mario Cart! Jun was even giving us tips for playing! Hahaha! Inside Rafael was hyping up the kids, engaging with them and making sure everything was smooth and fun. I literally cannot say enough about them and this company. Texted for an ETA at the expected time of arrival, no response or answer of phone call. I had several friends call on my behalf and finally got through to be told " there were difficulties." The truck finally showed up close to an hour later, and then they couldn't connect to the systems, so much so that my son and his friends (13 boys) played whiffle ball and basketball instead. His party broke up after being disappointed their employees could not connect to the gaming systems even after showing up very late. I was told that some of the boys didn't know what to do, so that was an issue that they couldn't handle. So what! Overall, my baby didn't know about it beforehand (thank god) but even after it was revealed, it was extremely disappointing. He was not psyched at all afterwards and he as sis as.. I am so sad for him and for the money we paid before hand. He's so disappointed for something I thought would be a great birthday surprise...and really could've been. And to top it off, I've had no response in regard to my compensation for an absolute failure to deliver, especially when I've paid up front for services not delivered. DO NOT PAY UP FRONT!!!! The team had a great time and I even played laser tag with them. Super fun and really cool that they have so many options on/in the game truck. Boys were playing online and console games, the rock band was cool on the "patio" at the back of the trailer. Laser tag was super fun and they had a bunch of barriers, tents, etc up to make it exciting and active. Perfect for anywhere, although the park was extra swag. There are different options to choose from, depending on the party size. My party turned out to be bigger than expected, but it worked out thanks to our guy! All games are social, and meant to be played with others. Michael brought Rose and Bolli and the kids at the party absolutely loved them. The ponies had great temperaments which just made the kids feel safe and in turn, everything just ran so smooth and effortlessly. A bonus was Bolli was really tall so the kids felt like they were big cowgirls and cowboys riding him. We live in a cul-de-sac so he went from the end of our street and around our cul-de-sac which gave each child ample ride time with the ponies. I'm glad we went with two ponies.
