Since I'm not familiar with the area I wanted to talk to a live person, not order online. Well, Friendly Flowers answered on the second ring. I didn't get the gentleman's name who went above and beyond to help me but he took the time to discuss what I was looking at on their website and made some suggestions to personalize a tailored, one of a kind arrangement. My sister received the bouquet the next day and was overjoyed with the look and smell of the flowers. The price was also VERY reasonable and the service, priceless.
