Unfortunately, the customer service experience was not pleasant. I was greeted by a friendly woman with locs who instructed me to sign in, which was perfectly fine. However, an older gentleman then came out and asked what I was there for. My confirmation information was on my phone, and before I could even pull it up, he pointed to several posted signs about no cell phones. That's understandable--but the way he communicated it was rude and unnecessary. Just a heads-up to anyone going here: make sure you have your confirmation number printed, written down, or fully memorized, because you may be scolded for trying to access it on your phone. The overall atmosphere honestly felt uncomfortable, almost like an intake process to be booked at county jail rather than a professional service environment. I'm giving 2.5 stars only because the process itself was quick and efficient once completed. If you're lucky, you'll be helped by the friendly woman instead. Otherwise, I would recommend using this location only as a last resort. Even for fingerprinting services, basic customer service should still be a priority. After reading reviews about the older guy with the bald head, I would have been better prepared and known what to expect.

Had to come for fingerprinting services on a Saturday before heading out for vacation. I called…read moreahead to schedule an appointment. I arrived at 11:02 for my 11:00am appointment. I was not fingerprinted until over half an hour later than my scheduled appointment. There was someone waiting ahead of me and the machine was acting up so perhaps they were running behind, but generally I think over thirty minutes late is a bit too much for someone who calls with an appointment. Three stars is fair because ultimately I got what I needed done, but I was inconvenienced with the tardiness. They apologized which is fine, but also on a Saturday I was annoyed by the inconvenience. UPDATE: I see why the owner is referenced as rude. The shady comment about me "taking photos without her permission" as if I wasn't in a business that was functioning as a public space absolutely rubbed me the wrong way. She knows her business is on Yelp. She could have uploaded a photo, because generally potential patrons would like to see the space to decide whether they would patronize the establishment. I did sis a favor and it's not like I snuck the photos. Won't be returning especially since this is a business that boast assistance with professional matters and the owner doesn't use proper grammar....wouldn't recommend to a friend.
