This store is no way near the size of the store in Norwich but it still stocks pretty much the same. The store itself is laid out well, clean, tidy and many staff available to help if you need it. The side isles though can be a bit cramped especially if it gets busy and you each have a trolley. They do have good offers here though and have been know to pick up a bargain or two in the past when visiting here. It's no way near as busy as the one at Norwich though and I think that's why i often find my self going to this particular store.

There is parking directly outside in a small car park however this is ok as it never gets too busy. The price of items is average for the flower display market, however the staff will go out of their way to make the value better than anywhere else. Having purchased flowers on more than one occasion I can say that each time the flowers have been fresh and lasted longer than supermarket ones would! Recommended.

The inside is split level, with the upper level housing china, ceramics and a bargain table! The ground floor was packed with high quality kitchenware including cafetieres, storage pots, baking tins, utensils and a vast range of kitchen gadgets. There was also a good range of cards and at the current time, Easter themed gifts. The staff are efficient and knowledgable too.

The history of the SCVA and the Sainsbury Collection bridge the gap between art and artefact, artistic, anthropological and archaeological through presenting an eclectic mix of artefacts and art showcasing the interdisciplinary nature of art, despite the British Empire's history of looting, trophy prizes and symbols of imperial success. The SCVA and Sainsbury Collection do not provide descriptions or background to the artefacts displayed. This preserves the integrity of the object and forces the aesthetics to speak, however it limits the stories and history behind the objects. My favourite was the African collection which raised some interested questions in a gallery setting. African objects have been and often still are, are the core of the debate 'art of artefact?', with the answer depending on the perspective (artistic or anthropological) adopted in the situated cultural Western hierarchy. The SCVA and Sainsbury Collection has been successful in presenting collective memories and histories; through objects and by providing opportunities for recollection and remembering, capturing and exhibiting transitory pieces and confronting difficult aspects of human lifethrough history.

They have a good range of products including; clothes, decorations, stationary, home accessories and sweets. This is only a small selection of what they do actually hold though. This can get quite busy especially when I've been here at weekends and this can be annoying to walk around especially as I have a pushchair to take around aswell. Anyway, they do a have a few members of staff around the shop so if you have any problems then they are always around to help. There is plenty of parking close by aswell so this is quite handy aswell especially if you end up buying quite alot.

Bridewell Museum is a fantastic place to visit in Norwich, especially with children. It is a lot…read moresmaller than the Castle Museum, so is enjoyable in a different way. I didn't know about the redevelopment, but when I went there last (for work experience) I helped set up a shoe shop for children to play in, complete with working till and fake paper money. This is part of the shoe exhibition, which shows shoes through the ages, much more exciting than it sounds! As well as all this, the museum also offers a tour guide, which because the museum is so small, is more personal and friendly. Each child recieves a backpack filled with goodies such as a scavenger hunt type questionnaire, various other activities, crayons and colouring pencils and their very own feedback form. I know that every single form is looked at, because when I was working there even a form that was filled out: Name: poo Date: poo Comments: poo etc, was analysed and then filed in the negative feedback section (significantly smaller than the positive!) Anyway, I don't know how it will change in 2010, but I expect it will only get better!

Once in there though the actual shop isn't that big but it holds all electrical cables, batteries, computer, audio and television equipment. Some of their products are over priced but I have had a good bargain from there in the past. The staff are all helpful and friendly and know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to electricals.
